Ingredients:
- Finely minced keema ½ kg
- Besan/Sattu 125gms
- Onion 2 (paste)
- Green chillies (finely chopped)
- Ginger-Garlic (paste)
- Dhania (paste)
- Salt to taste
Cooking Time: 20 mins
Preparation:
- Add all ingredients with the minced mutton.
- Mix well and make small balls by placing 2 tsp of the mix on your greased palm and rolling them.
- Flatten with your greased palms.
- Shallow fry in non-stick pan and serve hot with mint sauce and onion rings.
